Eastern Goldfields Hockey Association is one of nearly 20,000 not-for-profit groups registered as incorporated associations in Western Australia
With changes made to the Association Incorporation Act in 2015 the Association, its members Clubs and the many other sporting, community groups had to complete changes by July 2019 to meet requirements of being incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015
Following ongoing work over past couple of years and in particular that during 2019 by Committee and Members, the final draft was put forward in November 2019 for acceptance by members and submitted for acceptance by the relevant government agency.
Notice has now bee received by the Association, confirming acceptance of lodged constitution.
